@Amy Acuna I agree with @Kyle Godbout on the great schools and homes in West Omaha.  Elkhorn has consistently been one of the best districts in the state.  Millard and Papillion also have great school systems.  Your price range is a bit higher than what I know much about.  The West Omaha market is very competitive from what I have seen/heard.  Good luck!

I would love to attend! I've been interested in getting started in real estate for about 8 months now, reading up on it and trying to become more knowledgeable. I think starting to attend meetings would be a great way to keep building momentum. Let me know if there's anything I can do to help!

I am just starting out in REI and would like to start making moves to purchase a property. I have been reading different real estate books and blogs for about six months now, but figured getting involved in the Bigger Pockets forums would be a good way to speed up the process.

I recently graduated from college and am substitute teaching.  Generating monthly cash flow is something I am striving for in the near future, but I'm having a hard time finding a way to get started, as I don't have much cash at the moment.  I am interested in wholesaling, flipping, and buying-and-holding single family houses at this time, but other suggestions are appreciated! 

If anybody has any suggestions on how to get started in my current situation and start generating some extra monthly income, I would definitely appreciate it.

I am interested in learning more about real estate, as it is something I want to get largely involved with in the future.  

I recently graduated from college and am currently substitute teaching.  I would like to generate extra monthly cash flow, and getting involved with the Bigger Pockets community seemed like a good way to start.  I have been reading about real estate strategies for about 6 months now, but would like to start making a move to get my first property.  I am interested mainly in single-family homes at this time, flipping, wholesaling, or buy-and-hold strategies.  

I look forward to meeting people and learning more about real estate!
