Student housing at Kutztown University.  The building consists of a 4 bedroom house with an office space below it.  The student housing is permitted for up to 6 students.  The office space has a long term tenant that intends to stay for the foreseeable future.  Tenants pay all utilities besides gas and common area utilities.   PM me if interested.

Hello all,

I am new to the Biggerpockets site but my main goal in joining was to learn more about the networking side of real estate investing.  Currently I own two properties, both rentals, but I am looking to add to my portfolio.  Do you have any suggestions as to where or how I can meet more people selling off market?

Thanks,

Anthony
