It's been a while since I've posted, but I just had a quick question for wholesalers.

Do you use a consistent team -- people you keep on payroll, or maybe people who you can contact for help for a fee, or maybe a combination of both?

Or are you a lone wolf, a one man team?

Out of curiosity.

Hello everyone,

I signed up with Bigger Pockets a few weeks back. Only now am I formally introducing myself. It's nice to see a lot of friendly faces here.

My name is Anthony. My older brother and I are currently starting off in Real Estate through Wholesales in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Admittedly, I was reluctant to post about that. After reading vitriolic remarks on several forums about wholesalers, it was a bit menacing to state that. However, I figured I wouldn't let a few isolated incidents discourage me from introducing myself. But I digress.

My older brother is going to get his real estate license this year and I am going to handle other things. I will also be doing some heavy lifting myself by helping a long-time childhood friend fix-and-flip a few houses since I have construction experience. My older brother should be joining Bigger Pockets soon. We'll try to stick around and engage as much as we can!

Thanks for your time.
