Post: looking for contractor Cleveland Area

Hello I am  looking for someone to assist me with my property in highland hills, OH. The property is about 25 min from downtown Cleveland by car and consists of three buildings on one lot with 30 units. I've owned the property for more than a year now but am looking for someone that can assist me locally. One issue I've had with continuing to expand in Cleveland is that I don't have the right support and have mainly counted on my super. I need a local contractor who can fix sheet rock, basic light fixtures, etc. Right now I feel like I am getting "one and done" contractors and I would prefer to work with one contractor for a majority of my small projects. This is how I do business in New York & Florida so I would like to continue to work in this fashion in the Cleveland area. If I end up finding the right people to support my business in Cleveland I would love to continue to invest in the market.

Currently I have a few hundred apartments between New York and Florida and would like to have at least 100 in Cleveland if I could find the right people help me in the market.

I am an investor from New York and am looking to invest and diversify into other markets. My family business has invested in real estate since 1999 and we have focused on the Bushwick, Ridgewood, and East New York neighborhoods. These areas prices have increased significantly and we are looking to move about 25% of our portfolio out of nyc. I am very interested in what people have to say about opportunities in the markets they specialize in and what type of returns are possible. We are looking to make a decent sized foothold of at least 100 units (hopefully more) in the new market we expand to. We can purchase up to 15m in real estate and would love to see what is available.

Additionally This week I am on a trip to Chicago so if anyone has any insight on the market or has a couple good listing I'd love to hear about them.

Thanks,

Anthony
