REBO IS A SCAM. They told me I would get a discount for signing up, then I signed up and there was no discount and literally 5 leads in my entire county. Tried to get my money back and nobody answers and they put my number to voicemail.

My private lender wants equity in a proposed upcoming flip project. What is the industry percentage standard if we were to work out an equity deal when the property is sold?

I know everyone looks at the County Clerks office for probate leads, but I am curious if there is another way to be the very first person to be able to see the probate data? Even before it hits the county records?
