In larger down payment do you mean larger then 20-25%

So I recently closed on my first 2 family about a month ago. I have money saved up because I ended up not requiring it for my VA loan I used. I want to close on another multi family but I'm not sure the bank will approve me based on my debt to income ratio. I don't think I can use the rent from the current tenant in place because it hasn't been a year from purchase. Just looking at my options, knowledge and advice needed! Thank you!

Anybody know of any promo codes running for cyber Monday?

So after looking at a few posts I’ve been noticing mentions of a impending crash a lot are preparing for. I’m new to the real estate world and currently have been thinking of using my VA loan to purchase my first while house hacking for the first year. I’ve read people saying that purchasing a home with no money down is risky... My question I guess would be does that only apply for the people that can’t afford the bills of having a home?

@Cameron Norfleet Agreed I don’t wanna get stuck in that pattern. I just get nervous because I don’t have anyone in the area that’s done it to show me the ropes 1on1. I’m learning what I can though and I guess it’s all check on learning when you come across the issue
