Michael, thanks for pointing out that I never specified the market. I'm looking for an agent in my own backyard which is the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. I would be willing to look at deals all over Texas but would prefer a local agent at least. As far as STR markets, I have already started that process in the areas I am interested in. Any recommendations on agents would be helpful and what I was originally requesting in my first post.

 Cash flow properties that I personally have ownership.

It will be capital gains from a portion of my STR properties. I already invest in funds with a local PEG so I'm looking for cash flow properties. Syndication might work. I'm looking to diversify because I would have approx. $20MM to deploy

Well my plan is to stick to STR's and maybe one other asset class. I'm just saying I'm open to all viable options. Approximately $20MM
