Thank you for the help Mr. Saldana. I do have a few concerns with being a landlord in the military. One of those is deployments. I'm afraid that if I do purchase a house and rent it out while I'm deployed the property will deteriorate. I'm also curious as to how I will be able to supervise it while I'm gone. If you have any experience with this I would gladly appreciate some advice!

I'm currently in the military. I've heard about VA loans but I'm not sure if I'll have to pay more interest since I wouldn't be putting anything down.

Hello so I've been looking to buy my first house in Virginia. I only have around 5,000 dollars and I was interested in a duplex or a triplex. Any advice would really be appreciated!
