@Junior Soares That is awesome to hear! Great find. Austin is a beautiful area and is growing rapidly. How did you go about your search there?

@Keeley Hubbard That is an interesting point. I’m comfortable in the DFW area but I am not opposed to branching out. I’ll definitely take this into consideration, Thank you!

@Mike Krieg that is good to know. Would you recommend finding a couple partners and doing my own deals at the moment? I can find capital but finding the right deal is the problem.

@Chris Coleman I’ve heard and get the same feeling of the hot market.

My intentions are more passive but I understand the active route is how to eat up all the experiences in the different areas.

@Tj Hines great advice and I appreciate your feedback. What are your most valuable routes to find sellers direct?

@Mike M. Thank you and I agree with you. I’m in my early 30s getting started in RE, would you recommend starting smaller with single family or trying to scale from the start with multi? I’m fairly educated, have capital, but do need do more deals for sure.

My partner and I are interested in investing in Multi family in Texas. We both have family in Dallas so we know the area pretty well and have around 400k in capital to work with. Does anyone know if Multi family is worth it at the current moment or should we scale to single family instead? Appreciate anyone’s time.
