Hey Landlords and Property Managers -

How do you guys handle automatically extending leases with your tenants, particularly in your software of choice? For example, if your tenant is month to month, how would you expect to set this up? Does the software automatically move the end date forward for you? Is there an action you have take or would like to take instead?

How would you like to automatically extend your leases?

Unitdash is thrilled to announce a brand new enhancement to our Communications Hub. You may now send direct mail from Unitdash! You may choose to create your own custom letter or upload a PDF - your choice. You no longer have to worry about buying stamps or manually mailing your letters when it's time to send a notice to your tenants. 

Unitdash also allows you to send and track all of your emails (including deliveries, clicks and opens), as well as sending and tracking text messages. Do you use any software to manage your properties? I'm with Unitdash and we deliver the tools you need for free. There is an owner portal for your property owners and a tenant portal for your tenants to pay rent and submit maintenance requests.
