I'm from Unitdash and my team and I have recently launched a free property management web app. We are looking for property managers and landlords that would be interested in trying our web application. It's free to use and there is nothing required on your end. We would be looking for your thoughts and feedback. Many property managers and landlords already trust our software today as we continue to quickly grow within the online property management community.

If you want to jump right in and try it out - you may do so here: Join Unitdash

Thanks!

Post: Moving A Lease's End Date Forward

Hey Landlords and Property Managers -

How do you guys handle automatically extending leases with your tenants, particularly in your software of choice? For example, if your tenant is month to month, how would you expect to set this up? Does the software automatically move the end date forward for you? Is there an action you have take or would like to take instead?

How would you like to automatically extend your leases?

Any contributions to this discussion would be appreciated.

Thanks

Unitdash is thrilled to announce a brand new enhancement to our Communications Hub. You may now send direct mail from Unitdash! You may choose to create your own custom letter or upload a PDF - your choice. You no longer have to worry about buying stamps or manually mailing your letters when it's time to send a notice to your tenants.

Unitdash also allows you to send and track all of your emails (including deliveries, clicks and opens), as well as sending and tracking text messages. As we continue to master and reinvent the way property managers and tenants communicate within our property management software, we would like our users and the Bigger Pockets community to feed us their ideas to further enhance the communication process, and ultimately make your job easier.

If you are not a member and are interested in using Unitdash, you're in luck, because it's completely free to join. You may do so here: https://unitdash.com/#/join

This question is for the landlords and property managers that are currently using software...

What is an absolutely necessary feature you need from your software? Try not to state something so obvious.

Thanks!
