Thanks for the welcome. 1900 properties would be an awesome pickup. Having that kind of capital would be a dream.

We actually have already planned on attending the COREE meeting. We found it a few days ago, we are pretty excited to see how it goes.

This is exciting. While I work most all Monday nights, I am hoping that my wife will be able to attend next months meeting.

I couldn't tell if the posts felt they were dishonest or they just couldn't put together accurate numbers. Either way, I don't want to be that guy.

I want to be the one you can rely on for good information and feel comfortable he isn't trying to put you into a bad deal.

I am very new to investing. I have read a few books and taken some expensive classes, but still struggling to get going. I have two degrees from The Ohio State University, but I don't want to be an employee my whole life.

My wife just completed the exam for her real estate agent license, so we are now looking to move forward.

The strategies I like are wholesaling, fix and sell, fix and rent, and tax lien investing. From what I read on here the opinion of most wholesalers is pretty low (because they don't seem to be an honest/accurate bunch).

So, hello bigger pockets community.
