@Byron Grim , theres a video on you tube from a guy named meet kevin , he has some great stuff on finance, hes a realtor/investor , not sure if I can link the video here , but the couple was from utah, and explain how they got Grant's for down, financing for rehab too, https://youtu.be/fc7Oj1KH9wI , hope this helps, GL!
