Hi and good morning John. Thanks for responding. I need to collect 5 months rent from a tenant that has left the property and I have no idea where she is. I have her info and judgement from court but no way to get my money. Can you tell me what aggressive services you provide a possibly cost?

Hi BP investors. Quick question. I'm in the chicago market and would like your help identifying financing companies that would do a multi unit rehab loan. Additionally, wo would you recommend for a Hard Money loan that does not require incorporation.
