Hello Mr. Atangan,

I realize that I am responding to this a couple months late... However, I own and operate a long term property management company in Joshua Tree and Yucca Valley, CA and would be very happy to help.  In case you are still on the search, here is my contact information.

Hi Thomas,

Sorry to hear of the late rent. That can certainly be stressful.  Like the other responses, I will add that it is typical that the late charge fee goes to the PM for the additional work created (admin fees, driving to the property for to deliver notices, preparing pay or quit documents, etc).

Those other charges also look pretty standard.  I do not think you are being taken advantage of.

All the best,

Annie Semmelroth

Congrats on getting your real estate license! Please feel free to send me a dm if you'd like to discuss Property Management. The brokerage I work for has a property management company.

I personally own a property in 29 Palms, so I am familiar with Joshua Tree.

Hi Brandon!  Thank you for sharing.  I will reach out to you directly.  The more information the better!

Hello,

I am a Real Estate Licensee looking for a brokerage I can work with to start property management for long term rentals.  Are there any recommendations for a brokerage that will work with a property manager setting up shop in Joshua Tree, CA?

Thank you!!
