What is the current status of the eviction moratorium in Minnesota?  What, if any, protections do landlords have?

Hello,

I own a rental property in Ramsey, Minnesota, which I self manage.  That being said, I live outside the state, and will be needing help with finding a tenant, when my current tenants lease is up.  Does anyone have any suggestions?  Also, how has the market been?  Seems like hardly anything listed these days.  Its a 2/2.
