I'm wondering what is the average cost per square foot for a contractor in the Kansas City, MO area. Can anyone please help me?

We are in need of and in search of an investor friendly real estate agent in the Kansas City, MO or Kansas City, KS areas. Preferably both areas and surrounding suburbs would be great. Any suggestions?

Hi, my husband James and I have been investors for the last 4 years, off and on, but we haven't really been successful yet. We have some knowledge of the business, having been educated over the years in various aspects of it. We are very serious about wanting to succeed. We want to concentrate on wholesaling initially, and eventually would like to go into rehabbing and buy and holds. 

Does anyone know the best way or ways to get more cash buyers? Any help would be appreciated.

We bought his program awhile ago. My husband and I even did Justin's mentoring program where he Skype's with you for a time. It was helpful. We were still starting out and learning the ropes so any info was helpful at the time. The 10 hour aspect was a pipedream, to me, but the program did give us access to some documents and info that we didn't have at the time.
