Post: finding the owner in a for sale by owner Zillow ad

I have located a for sale by owner ad on Zillow that I am interested in looking at.  I called the number in the ad, thinking it was the owner, but I was connected to an agent.  How do I find the actual owner's contact info in a Zillow ad.

I'm brand new. Just starting to learn. Has anyone used Rollovers for Business Start-ups (ROBS), also known as 401(k) business financing, to get money from your 401K or IRA to fund your new business venture in real estate investing?
