 Hi Dan,

I'm interested in multi-family at the moment......duplexes, triplexes....small apartment buildings.

Hi folks! My name is Bronson and I'm happy to be joining the bigger pockets community. I currently reside in the Washington DC metro area and as a relative newbie to all of this I'm looking to get started in real estate investing. Although by nature I'm introverted (although you couldn't tell in my professional career), I'm taking a leap forward of opening up and seeing how far this could take me. I've got a wonderful career as an IT security consultant but I'm looking at real estate investing as a means to greater independence for myself and my family through the community's guidance, mentorship, potential brokerage, learning resources and potential for building long-lasting relationships. Looking forward to learning and eventually paying it forward with contributions of my own.
