@Brian Ploszay hello, i have the exact numbers at home, i'm currently at work, but he did mention the rent was 541ish and the mortage is 3 hundred and something, again i have the correct numbers at home i can get you this evening. He also mentioned that he bought mobile for 25000 and has about 8 thousand left to pay.

I m still new to rei, but I have a motivated seller whose wanting to sell his mobile home, he only has 5000 left to pay on it. My issue is that he lives in Illinois and I’m in Houston, he found me through my fb ad, any advice on how to pursue this deal??
