I found BP within the last year while doing research on a ski area for an STR and now I'm hooked! I use BP about an hour a day. I had the intent of utilizing a ski condo for personal use and wanting to rent it while not in use. Basically have it pay for itself or help cover some of the costs. I found so much valuable information and resources here. BP has open my mind to a whole new world. As I know absolutely zero about real estate investing and being a landlord. Now, I want to become an STR landlord, expand my portfolio and attend local meetups! Everyone has been super supportive and I enjoy this much more than wasting valuable time on any social media platform.

I have the same intent with using the STR for personal use. Especially during COVID. I'm currently in the market, however it seems the market has low inventory with some STR's overpriced (in my opinion). Would like to connect if you have any knowledge on operating costs with cleaning and cost of construction if some remodeling was needed.
