It is hard to share it here. But if someone wants to connect through Whatsapp and saying good opportunity for investment or want to build a romantic relationship, then introduce to cryptocurrency, it is a scam. I am preparing to crowdfund to get public attention to this type of scam and want to share all the stories and images to get the story published. This kind of scammer should not be here in the BP community. Please everyone,  be cautious. I lost my dream to be financially independent because of this scam. I was so stupid.

Two months ago, a guy names Wang Ruiqing sent a connection request when I posted a message about how to deal with a headache investment property. He wanted to connect via WhatsApp and promises to purchase the rental home.

He introduced himself as a Chinese businessman who lives in L.A. He persuaded me that I can achieve my financial freedom through cryptocurrency investment. I was so stupid that I trusted him and lost almost 200k. I reported this to BP customer support and send a personal message to his followers of him. But please spread this message and watch out for this man.

@Carlos Ptriawan

above unit doesn't hold insurance. I need to claim the owner of the above unit. Can I still use the public adjuster?

The HOA says sue the owner of the above unit. The insurance company doesn't want to take any action for that, they just paid the money except the deductible.

I had big water damage last summer because the AC pipe issue from the above unit of my condominium.

The repair cost was around $8000.I paid $1000 deductible and my insurance company paid the rest of them.

I put the property on the market and singed contract, but the buyer backed off after getting informed the water damage, so I was not able to sell my property.

I had another water damage a month ago from the above unit again during their water heater replacement.

I contacted the owner of the above unit, but she did refuse to pay for all my damage, so I decided to sue her.

It looks like the process and attorney fee is not that simple.

Does any one have any similar experience or refer any attorney on that area?

The repairing process took longer because the tenant was not at home and hard to find a contractor, and the tenant was very upset with all this situation.

As a first time investor, I am very frustrated with all this situation and I am not sure how I can handle all this.

Any legal advice or suggestions would be helpful.

Thanks @John Mocker

The AC and Water heater are owned by the owner not by HOA.

The claim has not submitted to HOA.

@Arthur Neves

I am using the Adv****** PM company and not happy with them.

You may need to search and find good PM company.

I found one general contractor recently, you may interview with him if you want.
