Hello all,

I am looking for a rent collection app that automatically charges a daily late fee. I currently use Baselane and it only allows a one time late fee. Thank in advance!

Local is inflated prices, high property taxes and sky high insurance. Very difficult to cash flow at all.

Hi all, 
I have a property in Mansfield Ohio that I am looking at as a first out of state investment. I've never been to Ohio and wondering if Mansfield is a good place to invest and any potential issues I might run into.
