Thank you for the great information. I did a search for the owners but all the numbers were disconnected.

Hey BP,

I was wondering if any of you are or know of any good wholesalers in the Des Moines Metro area? I am looking to purchase a flip in the near future. Please reach out to me with your contact information.

Thank you!

Hello my name is Anna and I live in California but I can find you some potential deals in your areas of interest.Shoot me email with what you are looking for and Ill see what I can do.

Partnerships are like marriage.  Are you able to execute on the deal without one?

You are absolutely right and this is why Im alittle stuck. Ive bought into so many of those guru programs and was promised a mentor for everything but it was always only sent cds or videos to watch. Kind of frustrating

Hi Im kind of new here and wanted to seek some advice. I have a few creative ways to generate deals but not sure how to lay the terms down with a partner. How can I create a trust worthy partnership in legal terms?

Hello Anna -

The best partnerships are formed with full authenticity from each member of the partnership so that everyone understands the motivations and expectations of each member.  And without question, I would memorialize the partnership into a formal agreement that can be crafted by your real estate attorney.  This helps to remove emotion from the partnership and creates a roadmap for how to navigate if and when something goes awry in the partnership.

Thanks for the response and great advice. My issue is not knowing the right contract agreements and not having an attorney.

Thank you for the advice I’m actually helping my landlord with this property. My brother does the rehab work and he told me if I can find a buyer then it’s alright with him. So would an Assignment of Contract be good for this?
