I am looking for a base for a property management agreement/contract.  I have looked thru the BP files and downloads but did not find anything.  lots of good suggestions about specific issues but no sample contracts.  Any ideas on where to go to get something useful?  Residential property management.  We have managed our own properties for years and am fuzzy on where the owners duties stop and the property manager duties start.
