Looking for peoples opinions on what type of flooring to use if you are not sure at this point if you are flipping the home or keeping it as a rental. I have a single family home that I am rennovating top to bottom. It is in a higher end town but at this point I have not decided if am flipping it or keeping it as a rental. I am leaning towards using LVP but just interested to see what anyones thoughts are. Any particular brands of LVP people perfer to use that are better quality than others? Thank you in advance!
