@Brad Hammond I guess my concern is more so, what are my chances of getting approved for the FHA loan if I already have a conventional loan in the same city?

So I purchased a SFH in January 2021 with a conventional loan. I've now decided that I would like to buy a multifamily property to build my RE portfolio. But I was wondering what are my loan options? Is it possible to use a FHA loan @ 3.5% ?

Hi! So I've been approved for a FHA multi family loan (looking to buy in New Orleans) but I haven't been seeing much under 300k that would pass FHA inspections without getting structural/foundation work done.
My goal is to invest in real estate/acquire at least 2 properties within the next 2-3 years

Is it smarter for me to just go conventional on a single family home and live there for a year and then move on to the next property?

Hi. I’m a nurse interested in buying a duplex, but I also would like to buy a piece of land to build my personal/forever home in the future. I would like to acquire both properties within a close time frame. What would be the best way to do this? Would the banks give me both loan or what is the best way to assure the banks would give me both loans?

Would it be possible/necessary to purchase the duplex under an LLC?
