I am also interested in a good plumber and handyman in general. Please share with me. I have 3 duplexes in Albany that seem to have multiple issues. I am an out-of-state Landlord and it has been very difficult trying to manage from out of state. I am also in need of a reliable property manager. TIA

Hi Everyone, this has been a very educating forum, long time listener, first time caller. I am new to REI, I haven't done any deals yet, have never bough a property. I have been reading and absorbing all the materials and webinars on here for over 8 months and have decided to get out from the side lines and be serious about REI. I am trying to start flipping to get my feet wet and eventually move into rentals. I recently just opened my LLC. I am looking  to make friends with experienced people in the business to help me make less mistakes. I am also in the process of getting a business line for credit from my credit union.  Thanks everyone in advance.
