Quote from @Anabel Lop:

Good morning, I'm looking for an agent in Windsor, Ontario, who can help me confirm if the property taxes are 2% of the value of the property. I'm getting pre-approved, and that's a question from the broker. Thank you.

Historical tax rate.

Happy new year everyone.

Anyone have an idea how much a fire sprinkler system costs for a residential 4 plex? It’s approximately 4000 square feet building. All walls will be down to the studs.

We are trying to get an idea before we send someone for a quote.

Thanks

@Brendon McNaughton

Haven’t work with Canada home for rent or had any contact with them but according to Reddit users they’re not any good.

Can anyone recommend somewhere in the Saint John NB area to purchase appliances for multiple units. We are looking to purchase washer dryers, ovens and refrigerators for 2 multi units.

Should we be looking at the big box stores or more of smaller appliance stores for a better price.

Thanks in advance.

@Frederick P wallberg guess that’s why it’s called a ‘guide’ book. For someone new and has zero knowledge it’s a very good starting point. Like you said somethings in the book won’t even come close to real world outcomes.

@Kyle Dillman

My home inspector a while back had a pricing chart of the costs to repair almost everything in home at the back of his home inspection report. Maybe try calling some home inspection companies in your local area they might have something similar.

@Stephen Fryer right now it doesn’t look like it will reach close to par but it is slightly better than almost 2 months ago when I originally posted.

We’re still reading and researching.

Have you bought any over there?
