Hello Dan Shelhamer,

Sorry to just be getting back to you. We are near the Wisconsin boarder, so that's not so far away, but my husband is the only one who does the work for our company ( he is a perfectionist ) he has never had a team unfortunately. At this time he is pretty busy which is good, but we are hoping to eventually put together a team and do the other end of investing. What are you looking for exactly? We have not done any deals as of yet .We are taking classes and net working with other investors and have looked at properties that they want to purchase and figured the rehab price to help them with their numbers and told them what is needed to be done to fix the property. We would love to do a flip our self. That we know back wards and forwards its the finding and buying we have not done yet. Let us know if there is anything we might be able to help you with.

Thanks for contacting us. We totally understand where you are coming from. we are trying to learn all we can and hands on is the best way. Where in Chicago do you live? We live in Rockford area. We have a realtor that we work with in Chicago his name is La Quan and he helps us a great deal with property's as needed because we don't live near. We would love to help you as well as you help us. We are building our team right now. Are you doing any advertising such as Craigslist, Twitter, or any other sites? It is important to finding your Buyers and Sellers. We do adds daily and are looking for property's, buyers, sellers, real estate attorney, CPA, lenders, real estate brokers and team members to work together with on all these area's  in investing. How did you start your investment journey?
