Hi there, I just want to share that finally I have my first purchase contract completed and in the process to close it in October 9th. It's going to be my first flip, I am so excited to finally start up my business. I register my business in July, have my mentor who has more than 35 years of experience and his partner in business 8, and after analyzing many deals and getting bid out by others, finally this time was my turn! I don't know if I will be able to share pictures of that house before and after the rehab, I'll try.

Good job Brent, you are becoming a wholesaler, let me know if you are getting more deals, I have been looking for a wholesaler in Brevard County, I am in Melbourne too, but no luck so far. I finally found a good deal in an auction, that's another good way to find them without knocking on any door.

Hi Cameron, I am new too but I know so far that there is a form called 1031 exchange, google it. I heard that this form is to show to the IRS that you didn't have capital gains because you reinvest your money in another property. Anyway you are supposed to have your LLC company and pay yourself a salary so you have some money to cover your expenses but the idea is that you always reinvest to grow your business.

Besides you have to find a taxes expert in real estate to work with you.

You need to build your team: attorney, accountant, real estate taxes expert, contractors, etc.

I hope this helps, good luck!

I am looking for real estate wholesalers in Florida, hopefully in Central Florida.

I think it's going to save me a lot of time buying single family homes to flip directly from the wholesalers. So far they offer good deals many times. Some information is appreciated very much!

Hello everybody, I have been trying to find deals in my area but it seems that the market is getting very tight here, there are many people bidding in the same house always.

Is any wholesaler here or anybody that want to refer one?

Thank you and have bigger pockets!

I am doing exactly the same, and I said "I'LL MAKE IT HAPPEN!", It's good to know that I am not the only one doing this.

I am new in real estate investing but I have been learning as much as I can since more than a year already but I am taking real action now; I am actively looking for my first deal in Brevard County, Fl. hopefully something good to fix and flip and go from there.

I am taking all the steps, I think, I am just a little nervous but very positive.

I had to borrow the down payment but I wonder if anybody knows of any way to roll it over the same hard money loan.

Thanks for reading.
