Hello BP family! I have been considering several investments, including student housing in North Florida where one of my kids goes to school. Would like to hear from owners and investors in the forum. What’s your advice, lessons learned, experience in this space? Thank you !

I don't like carpet at all!  renters will dirty it and or destroy it over time.  cost of doing business I guess. but I personally like tile.  Had a house rented for 5 years and did not have to do a thing.. of course it is more expensive but far more doable.  Especially is you are planning on renting to pet owners.  it's about ongoing costs and neighborhood.

Thank you Joe. Will look them up. Huh, noticed you ninvest our of state. I always find it hard to take that step. Eg find contractors in ages out of state. Sounds like you are making it work.
