@Mike Jacovelli

Never take advice from those who haven't done. I am in your shoes. I have been striking up convos with co-workers, family, aquaintences, etc... Always assume to initially receive negative or pessimistic reactions and opinions with little to no substance. Keep at it though, keep them updated (even if they don't ask) and you'll start to notice a little more interest and open mindedness. Keep at it though, don't concern yourself with the negativity that plagues. You need to develop a "definitness of purpose" listen to some Napolean Hill, Earl Nightingale or Les Brown.

Good luck my friend!!!

@Katie Miller

Hello Katie!

My wife and I have a goal to begin building our own quadplex and house hack it. We are going to build four seperate homes on the same property and live in one of them with our four children. Ready for the kicker? Everything will be built out of storage containers. Our house will be made of 9 containers (2800 sq ft) and three rentals will all have identical floor plans made of 3 containers each (-1000 sq ft). Our biggest obstacle thus far is finding a lender who will finance shipping container construction. The rental income will pay for mortage and insurances. My wife and I will continues working to pay this property off quickly. We want to use Robert Kyosaki's method in using OPM. 2020 will be the year we finally get this project rolling. Wish us luck! We also wish everyone else a successful year in being bold and making things happen!

How should I go about getting funding on a owner occ 4 plex made of shipping containers that will gross between $3600 - $4800 in rental income? I am looking to do this on a 2.5- 3 acre lot. Main house will be 2800 sq ft. and three rental homes will be just under 1000 sq ft. Land is not secured yet but I am looking at a nice lot looking right at our local mountain side. (Beautiful view)

I want to use none of my own money. I want to build and refinance to pay back the lender and transition to a traditional mortgage which we then plan to pay off in under 10 years combining our earned income with rental income. Thank you for time and wish you all an amazing weekend and year in 2020!

Are you investing in Arizona real estate?Considering upgrading your investment property? Have you considered keeping the existing granite countertops? Many times the existing granite tops need only minor repairs such as scratch, chip and even crack repairs to get it back looking good as new. Being able to keep your existing granite countertops may allow you to save time and money on your investment. There are times when the damage is too extensive for repair and in that case I can help get you new tops. If anyone is looking to salvage existing granite countertops on a property, I can help! I have 15 years of expertise in the granite industry from install, fabrication, digital measuring, sales and you guessed it REPAIRS. I am in the east valley but I service most any part of the valley. Message me with any questions. Make it a great day!!!

@Richard Trayer Thank you for those words of encouragement. Raising a family and working a good job full time is very time consuming. It pays the Bill's but will never leave me fulfilled. I am hungry like Les Brown says.

@Brandon Turner

Tax delinquent redemption statements. How can these affect a potential wholesale deal if at all? How would you approach a potential deal on a property that is 3+ years delinquent and shows redemption statements for each year. I'm have some juicy looking properties and many include these on their tax summaries.. I listen to you guys at least 3 hours a day while driving everyday for work. Big fan and after listening to all the success stories, closed my e commerce store to fund my BP plus membership :).

@Brandon Turner I just installed the app on my phone and don't see anywhere to find members. Is the mobile app new? I was hoping to use while on the go and being a new member it's nice to be able to start building my social network on BP.
