If you're married one fha loan counts for you both won't it?

That's what I had researched myself but recently I've seen people talk about getting another 100 miles from the first property. However, I am more inclined to believe someone in here as opposed to other sources. which obviously needed to be fact checked.

Is it possible to get a second FHA loan if it's 100 miles away? Id heard this recently and wanted some clarification.

I had belatedly realized that FHA goes off personal credit and therefore I couldn't use the LLC for it. Thank you very much for clarification! I'm so excited to find a medium to share my enthusiasm and excitement for this

I've been learning real-estate for over a year. My medium has been through books and podcasts. My question is can I form an LLC to purchase the property or must it be through my personal name?
