Hey Jeffđź‘‹
Thanks for taking the time to elaborate.  To be honest as a noob to all of this I am still learning.  So to define “who I am” is to first understand what’s available and explore🙂

I am not one to put on blinders and say I am an investor in performing 1st lien notes in New Hampshire.  If I did that the I never would have done my first deal.  An opportunity came my way, I asked a lot of questions to evaluate my risk/reward and decided it made sense to me.

However, I do agree that in the beginning it is wise to focus but not so focused that I don’t see open doors.

So if I were to pick something now, it would be to buying performing 1st lien notes.  Although that’s not how I started.

However to limit myself to learning only performing notes would be ignorant
as performing notes can turn and become non performing.  So knowing both sides is important.

As far as networking…I will not limit myself to a group as I am looking to learn and share with anyone who wants to network with me 🙂

In regards to posting in a specific forum.  I will have to look at that.  I thought I did that, but I am a noob to this platform as well.  Looks like I have to look at what I did and simply fix that 🙂

Hello đź‘‹,

I fell into Note buying by accident and I am new to it all.  So I’m looking to connect and network with other note buyers and sellers🙂

Hello đź‘‹,

My name is Angelo and I have been interested in real estate for a while now.  Started my journey in Rich Dad education and has lead me to note buying and selling.  I’m still new but digesting a lot.  Looking forward to networking with you all!
