Hey Daniel. Thanks for reaching out. Currently I'm just trying to find the right places to look in Hillsborough county that would legally allow STR's. Later this year I was hoping to purchase my first property and my plan was STR through Airbnb.

Looking to purchase my first single family home and potentially rent it out on Airbnb in the Tampa Bay area. Can anyone give me advice or guidance on proper zones in Tampa bay that allow STR's? Thank you guys!
