Hello everyone,

I am currently trying to start my real estate company but I am in a bind. I currently have a registered company name but I was wondering if it is ok/ legal to add something like "investment group" or "real estate" to the title. I am sole owner without llc or Corp in California.

@Mindy Jensen:

Sorry wrong choice of words. Thanks for the correction still new to the world of real estate investing. By the way listened to the podcast cast you were in and it was very informative. It makes me happy to see that you that's way ahead of the game take the time to answer a newbie like me. Thank you very much.

 Awesome, I will look into city laws also. Thank you

Thanks for the information really appreciate it

Hello everyone,

Quick question, in California can you evict a tenant who is on a month to month lease in order to remodel the unit without any legal problems?

Hello everyone,

Looking at a property that might have potential but don't have the funds to do a regular 20% down purchase. That being said I was wondering how a wraparound loan would work in order to possibly acquire  this deal.
