Hi everyone,

I definitely will get on board with all these podcasts and books! Thank you all for your great advice and suggestions!

I have 2 locations in mind to purchase my first investment property: 1. Columbus, OH, and 2. Cleaveland, OH. What are your opinions on these 2 locations and if you have any recommendations on property management companies in these areas, please let me know as well! It would be much appreciated!!
