I am trying to figure out how I can find a contractor or inspector that I can trust to view and walkthrough potential investment properties and would give me honest estimates, etc. I am also trying to find a partner to do the BRRR method but I need to ensure the person I am working with is trusted. Any ideas on where/how I can find these individuals would be greatly appreciated!

Hi guys, any advice about how to find good matches to partner while doing BRRR method? Let's say someone has the knowledge and the contacts but needs the money or needs someone who can get a loan; or viceversa, someone who has the money, but needs someone with the knowledge and contacts to have successful BRRR cases.
I read somewhere here that I could advertise here asking for joint venture partners, how does that work? I am very interested in finding partners in my area, specially people who speak Spanish and can offer services in Spanish.

Does anyone have recommendations on lenders that offer loans to buy properties in an LLC? Most of the lenders I have contacted don't do it, but I've heard of lots of investors who buy all their properties in LLC so I wonder which are the lenders they are using!
