I think you should pay it off... If you want to refi another home to purchase another that would be the way to go. You would get a good deal because of the asset so close to being paid off. You are a great risk for a bank.

I would have the buyer sign a contract hiring you as a consultant, and have the investor sign a fee agreement stating they will pay all fees for the client, make sure to put in the agreement when the fee is expected. Make sure you leave a space for the property address, client name, and investor name. Do this for each property and investor because the investor may show them a few properties.

I am Angela , and I was an Investor for several years I Made lots of MONEY .

My son became ill in 2008, and I Laid OFF the Investing, and remained in the Commercial Lending Area part-time until NOW.

I am ready now It’s time to Revive Investing full-time.
I am documenting this journey. Today was DAY#1 Driving for Dollars felt GREAT…I found some great pockets. I am being Revived by a PRO… That was me back in the day.
