The military has gone into this new program which is similar to a 401K. Does anyone know if you are able to turn make that self-directed? Also, is it a good idea to do so?

I assumed secondary meant from what Marcus said was an outside person. Like an individual that had extra money to lend but wasn’t a professional lender.

Hey I'm a newbie and I'm Interested in the BRRRR strategy, My question is what type of agreement do you typically see with private money as far as interest and duration of the loan etc.

I recently finished the webinar replay and my first Quarter Goal for 2019 is to analyze at LEAST 3 deals a week. Stay motivated stay focus and “keep swimming just keep swimming” -Dory from Finding Nemo. I would love to read your 2019 goals and or quarter goals.
