@Angel Celis LopezI just looked up escrow fees from chicago title on a 350k purchase . The escrow fee was $580.0. The title fee was $706.0. There is a $225.0 notary and you will have a couple other small fees. The fees do not matter when wholesaling because you do not pay them. The end buyer pays those fees. It is highly inlikely to find deals on zillow because everybody can see them. You can send out direct mail with a 1% response rate. You can cold call. You can text message. You will need to send out messages in mass amounts to get any traction. You can try door knocking to people going through foreclosure. There just are not many foreclosures anymore though.

Thank you for the reply Gordan, it really helps!

Hi everyone, I want to start wholesaling here in northern California, around what can you expect to pay on average for escrow fees and other fees etc just to have the contract? And what are the separate fees that you would have besides escrow? How do you find the best deal, Zillow, door knocking or cold calling or all of the above? How much money do you need to have to start wholesaling? Your answer would be very much appreciated, thank you!

Yes Ryan thank you I appreciate it! What's they're information?
