Thank you both for your responses

@Gary Harris I am willing to drive for dollars, contact people from mailing lists or whatever else a mentor prefers. Should I have a couple of potential properties before reaching out to mentors?

@Michael Henry I've read or listened to every single article, blog, webinar, youtube video and REI forum I could get my hands on. In fact, to the point where I've gotten information overload. I am looking for a mentor to help provide me with structure and tips. I am also apart of some REIA chapters but they always seem to meetup while I'm still at work. I will schedule time off to make as many meetings as possible, next year.

Hello BP,

My name is Angela, and I have a question about mentor ship in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) area. I would like to start out working under a mentor, but I lack the money to pay for it. I've also read that you can use your skills and work for them for free, which I am definitely willing to do. To all my mentors out there what skills are most valuable to you?

@Dawn Oishi

Will North American Title let the B-C transaction pay for A-B?

Stewart Title in Fort Worth, TX is investor friendly. They will double close but you cannot use B-C funds to pay for the A-B transaction. You will need transactional funding.
