I started wholesaling about eight months ago but haven't gotten my first deal yet. I would like to meet-up or partner with wholesalers in the jacksonville area to learn and succeed in this business as well.

To all active military and veterans out here on BP. Has anyone purchased a small multifamily unit using the VA home loan? Kindly share your outcomes. Thank you.

Hello, i am Angela and i am looking forward in starting out my real estate adventure in Jacksonville, fl. I am active duty military and i am currently working with a realtor whom i found through navy federal realty plus program. I will be in jacksonville in about a month to actually begin house hunting with my realtor. My question is, should i proceed to work with my realtor from navy federal or should i be more diverse in negotiating with other lenders? I need advice on how to get started, please share your experiences. Thank you.
