Post: how to find former tenant's new address?

i were told there is a way to get the former tenant's new address from USPS. anyone knows how to do it? they said it's some form we should apply for it and it costs about 20 dollars

Post: any insurance to cover my kitchen?

i am renting my new property with a nice kitchen and expensive countertop. any insurance can cover it if the tenant breaks it or stain it? the deposit is not enough to replace the whole countertop.
