Hi @Scott MacDonald, I'd love to attend. Is it open to all BP members?

We sold one of our investment properties in June. We want to get back in and buy another property. I am down to one investment property in my portfolio which is in Dove Springs. I'm holding on to this one until the market picks up in the area.

I am stuck on what my next step should be. Undecided on whether we should flip, BRRR or save our money until the market slows down.

I want to meet people who I can invest with and learn how they continue to grow their business in such a competitive market. Let me know this meeting is for finding like-minded folks or if I should keep an eye out for something else.

I don't want to intrude.
