Hey, Gary, I respect you, and I have no interest to make the discussion worse. I am so sorry for my unwilling behavior.

Thanks

Hi, William thanks for sharing such a profitable idea.

I think this is one of the best ways to increase your rental income into a maximize profit. I think something different between normal and vacation rentals. The normal rentals stay at a fixed place for a long time. But the vacation rentals come for a few days. If your rental property is located at a marketplace and near a tourist place then it is ok. Otherwise, it will be difficult for you to make a lot of profit from vacations rentals.

Is said that the worst thing you can do is waste time on a property that is a longshot because in the process you may have a deal that makes more sense for you come and go while you are focused on the dud.

It is absolutely a worst thing the waste of time on a proerty. I must give my focused on the dud.

Thanks

Besides the bank-owned property, are you looking for the residential and commercial market place in NJ?

You can purchase it from a big property dealer. The area of your bank owned property is so large. It is available in NJ, but ranch w/ 1440 sq/ft living space on 4.5 acres is such ample space.

Hi Gary Sweeney,

Are you purchase the bank-owned property own or to the hand of a broker or agent? In NJ there are so many properties not for only you can use it for a bank you can also use it for others and also you can take it in rent. Your Fannie Mae Homestyle loan with 20% is excellent. I think it helps you and fulfills your wish.

Hi Gary Sweeney,

If I want to purchase a property for my apartment, can I take the help of a real estate broker? Recently my wife says to me for this continuously.

Thanks, let's say something about this.

Thanks, sir

If you have some more property, please share with me. Can I contact a real estate broker or agent?
