We just tried Transunion for our latest tenant screening and it did show us that the person had an eviction but did not give details of why they were evicted.  It also did expire after 30 days I believe.

Has anyone used Avail for background and tenant screenings before?  Thinking of giving them a try but wanted to hear what your thoughts were.  TIA

Looking at investing into a property to house traveling nurses.  This is something we have never done before and are looking for any information that may help.  The facility would be over by Stephen's Memorial in Oxford Maine.  How much could we get for rents and is there a website that you go through?  Any information would be greatly appreciated.  TIA
