Hi everyone , I was thinking about partnering with someone to buy and flip houses , I would to go this route because I have limited money that I can put to a house and rehab. I was wondering if anyone in the NYC/Tristate Area has done this ? Also what do you guys think about this ? And how should deals like this be split between either two people or a group of people ? Hi my name is Andy , I live in NYC and I always felt that it’s much harder to start out doing real estate alone no matter how much you read and study. I would like to find or connect with partners in NYC or anywhere in the tristate that would wanna work together .

This may sound dumb , but I want to know can you buy and sell apartments? Or like buy and fix and flip apartments? If so , has anyone ever done it ? Please comment below your experiences

Hey everyone , I’m doing some research on turn key properties, and just have some questions .

What’s your take on turnkey properties?

Why would you want to do it in another state ?

Would you travel to the state your investing in ?

How to pick the right company to handle all your day to day activities?

What’s kind of fees are standard ?

How do you know if it’s a good deal ?

P.S : the reason why I want to do turnkey is because it will require me to do less work as I do work a full time job . Also I’m not looking to spend a lot of money . Plus doing turnkey rentals in other states are cheaper so I figured why not start with that ? Anyways I would like to get everyone opinions . And you can always contact me to tell me your experience
