Hello all.  

I have 3 multi-unit properties in Denver metro area (11 doors).  I'm looking to acquire another in the coming months either using a 1031 exchange or cash out refinancing, but I'm leaning strongly toward Colorado Springs.  My agent is not familiar with the Springs.  I'm looking for recommendations for qualified intermediaries and agents familiar with the C Springs market in general and neighborhoods specifically.
