HI Robert, 

My first Post, is a reply to you:)  I just got on here tonight.  Not sure what your interest is here in KC.  But I will introduce myself. I am a developer and investor. I own many units, and build units for investors.  I have built hundreds and sold hundreds.   We have many duplex's and 4 plex's that we have sold.   I am on this site to network a bit.  Look forward to meeting everyone.
